Create with intention.
Build a menu around a season, a memory, an ingredient or an idea you cannot leave alone. Let every course belong to the same story.
An invitation to chefs
An evening that begins with your point of view. Create the menu, shape the atmosphere and share your work with people who came specifically to experience it. Hear their reactions while the conversation is still happening.
Your work, in your name
Your FOMUSE profile brings together your story, your culinary point of view and the concepts you create. Over time, it becomes a visible record of your work—and a way for guests to discover what you do next.
You do not need to own a restaurant. You may be an independent chef, a sous chef ready to develop something of your own or an established chef looking beyond the permanent menu.
A FOMUSE dinner can be an experiment, the beginning of a recurring concept or an early step towards something you eventually want to call your own.
GOOD COMPANY.
Take your place among chefs with something of their own to say. Bring your culinary point of view to a shared stage—where curious guests and fellow chefs can discover what makes your work yours.
The people around the table
Guests come to FOMUSE because they want more than an ordinary reservation. They choose a particular chef, story and menu—and they arrive ready to take part in the evening.
FOMUSE also considers the table itself: who will be there, what might connect them and how the conversation can begin naturally.
Before arriving, guests may discover that someone at their table has climbed Mount Everest, that three people speak Spanish or that two Geminis will be seated together. Good luck.
The food gives the evening its point of view. The people around the table make it impossible to repeat in quite the same way.
The structure behind the dinner
You do not need every detail resolved before we begin. The venue can be secured as the concept develops.
Before a dinner is published, the venue, kitchen, capacity, staffing and responsibilities must be confirmed. The chef and venue remain responsible for producing and operating the dinner and covering its production costs.
Your creative direction remains yours. Commercial terms, quality standards and operating responsibilities are agreed together before development begins.
Curated with care
We look for a distinctive culinary perspective, thoughtful hospitality and the ability to turn an idea into a complete experience.
You do not need to be famous. You do need to care about the food, the room and the people sitting in it.
FOMUSE reviews every chef, concept and venue before publishing a dinner. The setting must be professionally suitable for the proposed menu, properly equipped for the service and comfortable enough for guests to enjoy the food and hear one another.
A beautiful plate cannot rescue the wrong room. We consider both.
The first FOMUSE dinners
FOMUSE is beginning with chefs who want to create something distinctly their own.
If there is a concept you have been wanting to bring to life, let’s explore how it could become a FOMUSE dinner.
The chefs creating these first experiences will become FOMUSE Founding Chefs.
We review each introduction personally. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you to a conversation about your concept and the next steps.
